BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) are both 5.5 - year medical UG degrees focusing on natural and alternative medicine.

Main difference is that BAMS uses traditional Indian Ayurveda (herbs, diet, Panchakarma) but BHMS uses German originated Homeopathy (highly diluted substances based on "like cures like").

Allopathy uses conventional and Science backed drugs and surgery to quickly treat symptoms.

Homeopathy treats "like with like" using highly diluted and natural substances to boost body's healing.

Naturopathy depends on natural therapies (diet, herbs, lifestyle) to fix root cause and prevent disease.
