The university makes merit lists as per ranks in entrance exams. Better scores enhance the possibility of securing the desired specialisation.

The BTech programme of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University is a four-year full-time course. The course is provided in 9 different specialisations in Engineering. The admission is strictly through entrance exam performance. Eligibility and cutoff criteria have to be met by students to get a seat.

The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University offers the BArch programme at the UG level. The course is offered in both four-year and five-year duration courses. Architectural design, planning, and associated fields are trained in by students during the programme. The intake is only made to qualified candidates who meet both academic and entrance examination criteria.

Admission to the BArch programme of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University is entirely merit-based on the NATA exam. The candidates need to secure the qualifying score in NATA for being eligible for admission. No other alternative test is accepted by the university for BArch. Final selection is done through counselling and allotment of seats.

To take admission in BArch at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, students must pass Class 12 with Mathematics as a mandatory subject. At least 50% aggregate is a must for general category students. SC, ST, and PwD Maharashtra State candidates require at least 45%. Also, students must possess a valid NATA score for admission.

No, it is not true that all students get good placements at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD). While AUD has a placement cell and some companies do recruit from the university, the placement scenario is not universally excellent for all students.
