BTech Civil Engineering is a four-year course at Amity Kolkata divided into eight semesters. Below are some of the subjects included in BTech curriculum:

The selection for the BTech course is based on Amity JEE/ JEE Mains/ CUET UG scores. Additionally, aspirants must also fulfil the eligibility requirements for admission to the BTech course. A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology with at least 55% aggregate is required to apply for a BTech course. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with PCM/ Biology with at least 55% aggregate can apply for BTech in Biotechnology. Those passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to the BTech course.

NTA is yet to announce the JEE Main application form date 2025 for admission to BTech courses at Amity University Kolkata, and other institutions. The application form is likely to release in the first week of November and will be available until December 2nd week. The exact JEE Main 2025 application form date will be available on the website jeemain.nta.ac.in.

Yes, candidates passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to BTech course at Amity University Kolkata. Such candidates do not have appear for any entrance exam and can directly participate in document verification. Aspirants who are not eligible for direct admission have to pass CUET UG/ JEE Main/ Amity JEE. For BTech Biotechnology, candidates can apply with a NEET score also.

For admission to BTech courses at Amity University Kolkata, candidates are required to qualify for the general eligibility criteria first, which that states- candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum mark of 55% in the PCM/ PCB stream. Then, candidates are required to appear in any one of the entrance examinations from CUET/ JEE Mains/ Amity JEE.
Note: Candidates with 80% and above aggregate in Class 12 (CBSE/ ISC/ State-Boards) are exempted from the selection process.

Amity University offers quality Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at the PG level. Amity Greater Noida admissions to MBA programme offered at AGNU based on entrance exam scores. The university accepts entrance exams like GATE, XAT, CAT, NMAT, MAT, GMAT etc., for admissions. Candidates must have completed Graduation with 50% marks from any recognised institute/university in order to be eligible for admission. Apart from it, Candidates must score 65% in either CAT or XAT and 50% in NMAT to be qualified for admission to MBA programme. In Amity University Kolkata, Application for withdrawal from the course is to be submitted through Amizone. The college not accepts other mode of request. Given below are refund guidelines for withdrawal of application:

To withdraw the application from the hostel, candidates must submit their request through Amizone. Hostel fee once paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal at any point in time. Further, the security deposits will be refunded after adjustment or clearance of any dues, such as the following:
- Alumni Life Member Fee @1000/- (Compulsory)
- IT Damage Charges
- Admin Damage Charges
- Central Library Charges
- Academics (Lab, Department Library/book bank, CRC, etc.)
- Examination Dues
- ID Card Charges Rs. 500/- (If not returned)
- Any other dues (Gate pass Charges/Duplicate ID Card etc.)
