You can try for admission in other good private universities like Lovely, Manav rachna, etc too, their Arts and Humanities departments are very good. Lovely even offers scholarship on basis of previous qualification.

According to me you should go for a good government university. it will be affordable & better option than Amity.
If you got marks around 60% you can apply in Delhi University where you can easily get admission B.SC chemistry hons.
