I will answer your questions one by one.
1. There is indeed an option to be a day scholar.
2. It is a centralized placement at ASB.
3. Difference is just in terms of infrastructure. ASB, Coimbatore is better. Also, placement cell operates centrally in Coimbatore as I mentioned, so you will have to come to CBE for the placements. There are not much differences in terms of academics.

Total cost for MBA (any specialization) at ASB comes up to Rs 10.5 lakhs for 2 years (including hostel and mess fees).
CMAT score alone may not be accepted. I would suggest you to take your CAT/XAT score along with CMAT to ensure your MBA seat at ASB.

ASB Coimbatore accepts high MAT scores along with decent CAT and XAT scores. With only MAT score, chances are less to get a seat. All the Best!

It completely depends on your area of interest. ASB has the legacy of pulling in companies from all domains. No particular domain has an edge over others. Providing quality education to face any kind of interview is the ultimate goal. Each year 100+ companies visit the campus. The first year is a common trimester for every individual and by the end of the first year, the course asks you to go through an internship program by which you will be able to decide on the domain which you can pursue in your second year. Just be open to what you learn and you will be able to figure out the best which fits you.
