Yes. QIS College of Engineering & Technology gives admission to B.E./B.Tech even without the exam of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. However, that would be only under management quota. Admission in this case is not based on EAMCET score, but purely upon the applicant's performance during his 10+2 and availability of seats under the management quota.
