No, VIT-Andhra Pradesh University, Amravati does not accept Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Score for admissions. The admissions in B.Tech courses are on the basis of JEE Main or VITEEE.

Sorry to say but its too difficult for student below score of 550 to get admission into government colleges for MBBS. You can look out for private colleges, but they have very high fees.

Truly speaking if you come from general category then it is nearly impossible to score seat in any of the government college.
Not even in 2nd tier or GFTI'S
You can better do a drop or opt for any better private institutions.
Some best private universities are listed below :
• AKTU
• AMITY UNIVERSITY
• BENNET UNIVERSITY
• SHIV NADAR UNIVERSITY
*in these colleges you can get ews seat at these marks which mean you don't have to pay any fees.

Truth to be told it may be challenging to secure a free seat in Computer Science Engineering at top colleges in Andhra Pradesh still I would suggest you the following Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK), Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati, Acharya Nagarjuna University College of Engineering and Technology, Guntur.

B.Sc in Cardiology is good option for pursuing higher studies.
There are many good colleges in Andhrapradesh which offers cardiology
- Sri venkateshwara Institute of medical sciences
- PES Institute of Medical Sciences
- Guntur Medical college
- Andhra medical college
