Yes, Graphic designing doesn't depends upon the age. Minimal school qualification is enough with lot of creative ideas. Thinking out Of Box in designing skill is enough.

As per UGC & AICTE Guidelines a Diploma is a class 12 Month Course, if the Term Diploma is used it should only be offered by an institute which is accredited by AICTE, an institute which is not having AICTE accreditation cannot offer a Diploma course, Hence many institutes which does not full fill the above criteria offer Certificate Courses, a Certificate Course is a 11 Month Course. It is better if you join a UGC Approved Degree programme in Game Design & Art check the following link for details of degree programme https://ask.shiksha.com/is-bfa-degree-available-in-game-designing-qna-4686131?referenceEntityId=5767763

Game Art and Design offers you greater scope of employment with less competition compared to Game Development, because everyone is not artistic and creatively talented, there are Lacs of Techies and software developers available in the market but for sure there is great lack and scarcity of Creative Artists, if you are gifted artist there is a red carpet welcome to you in to Gaming industry, You will have better scope for employment if you do a degree programme in Game Design & Art, for more details check the link. https://ask.shiksha.com/is-bfa-degree-available-in-game-designing-qna-4686131?referenceEntityId=5767763

Yes, you can do that, but getting into a Canadian university is often costly and difficult. You should have at least 75% in your degree. Any work experience would also be helpful. Get a good IELTS score (7 band or more). And then apply in Universities. The waiting period for universities is around 3 months.
