Yes, you can do animation course from private institutions or private people who provide the service. But, without passing 12 you won't be able to get a certified degree. You can work as a freelancer.

Yes, you can do short term animation course just after your B.Sc. It may be a Diploma or a certificate course. You can do it from any of the good Institute of your town. Or, you can do it from big Institutes across the country like arena animation.

Hi,
The duration of animation courses offered at different animation colleges range from six months to two years. Interested candidates can pursue a 2D or 3D animation course. However, going by the trend these days it is advisable that one pursues a 3D animation course only. For detailed information of B.Sc. Animation colleges in India, you can see the below link-

You have to start with one course at a time. I would recommend to start with web designing first. As you are from Maths background, web designing will develop your interest. Simultaneously, start learning about hardware and networking basics and then do CEH.

There is no information available on IIFA website regarding the number of seats for B.Sc animation and multimedia.
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc (Animation and Multimedia): Should have passed 10 + 2(Any PUC / ISC / CBSE / IGCSE / IB) or its equivalent examination in any stream through a recognized board in India. Hence there is no specific percentage of marks requires for admission.
The admission can be taken by the following two ways.
Procedure 1: Walk-in procedure
Procedure 2: Register online schedule
