If you have good drawing and sketching skills, then you should go on with storyboarding. You can also opt for 2d and 3d animation, which will help you utilize your skills.

First, figure out your interest and priority. Filmmaking is a career wherein the success comes much later in life. A lot of hard work and patience is required to have a career in filmmaking. There is no financial security or guarantee in this field. Graphic design, on the other hand, gives you a constant career with the constant financial flow.

Yes, you can consider doing certificate course or a Diploma. I would recommend you to go for 10+2 and then do a degree instead.
