These all courses have good scope, choose what you have interest. If you are interested in Graphics and Multimedia, go for that or you think, you can do product designing in a better way then go for that.

It is good that you are interested in Animation, but no courses are bad or good. They all are best in their respective places.
Opportunities in Animation and Multimedia are increasing these days, and has a wide scope in it.

M.Sc in Multimedia and Animation is a 2 years programme. The course provides the students opportunity to work in a practical environment following a project, which helps them to acquire practical knowledge. The basic eligibility required for the post is a Graduation from any stream with 50% marks.

First of all, you have to check your drawing skills. If it is not good, then improve on priority basis. You have to choose the animation area, where you are comfortable and interested. Once you have identified this then start your work on it. If you want to animate 3D models, you can worry less about drawing - take an acting class; pick up the Illusion of Life, and Timing for Animation (recommended anyway) download free models and start moving them around.
