Hello,
Yes, you may take admission in animation as some of the institutes do not require class 12th. I would suggest you complete your class 12th as it is required for many other things and jobs.
Thank you.

Hello,
First of all, in the animation course, you have to study the tools and software. I would suggest you first complete your class 12th even though for animation, a specific percentage is not required still do your best in class 12th. After that, you can pursue an animation course from any of the institutes.
Regarding the well-settled job: You have to keep doing hard work to stay in the animation industry. You may have to change jobs, keep yourself ready for that too.

These days there are a lot of freely available resources to get you started. I think what you could start with is a bit of reading since VFX is such a wide field and identify what interests you most. Otherwise, you could start with learning 3D modelling and texturing, rigging and animation, effects, and compositing like a generalist. I think the key really is identifying what you really want to do in VFX and focusing on that. There is obviously no harm in knowing a bit about all aspects (employers prefer that for sure), but mostly there should be a singular area of focus.
