No, it is not good to do multimedia after completing engineering it is because your field is totally different. You should either do MBA or M.Tech.

There are many of courses available for Animation and Visual Effects(VFX). You can consider taking a counselling session with career experts form these institutes talk to their students check with the placement record and most important is to know about the current faculty.

There are center level aptitude tests for animation. No other important tests are there.

Web design is a creative field and you designs represent your creativity. I will suggest while doing the course you save your creations and as you are getting better knowledge improve them.
