In my view, Engineering is a better option and you will get numerous opportunities after Engineering. As you have completed diploma in CSE, then B.Tech/B.E. in CSE is a better option and in-line with your studies. There many local and MNC IT industries recruit engineering graduates in large number. Going forward technology is changing rapidly and computer engineers will be in great demand.

Hello Ajay,
It is really tough to directly comment on any institute. Whether it is best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country, especially in India for domains like web designing, animation and VFX/editing/post production or gaming, etc. where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for almost all the same pipeline.
We need to see the content of the course, duration, cost, infrastructure, passed students outputs and skill developed, in time course completion record, certification process, delivery of a certificate in time, etc.

Hello,
For gaming, there are also 2 parts: development and designing but in game designing, you must have knowledge of 2D and 3D animation along with knowledge of programming languages.
You can visit Maya Academy or Arena animation for more information regarding game development course.

To be a game designer, one must have knowledge of drawing and he must have a thinking process, which is unnatural.
