Yes, it's a good combination to proceed with, but don't restrict yourself to this. Do acquire other relevant certifications, whenever you get the opportunity but as of now, the mentioned combination is good to proceed with as it's in trend considering the start-up environment.

I don't recommend personally that you dig into VFX or animation straight since you're done with B.Com so better do some survey on Google about animation and VFX stuff.

No, it is not good to do multimedia after completing engineering it is because your field is totally different. You should either do MBA or M.Tech.
