The eligibility criteria vary for both UG & PG courses at Annamacharya University. Candidates must meet the basic eligibility requirements for admission to Annamacharya University courses as given below:

| BSc | Pass Class 12 with minimu, 55% aggregate |
| MSc | UG degree with minimum 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) |
| MCA | UG degree with minimum 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) |

To be eligible for admission to MBA course at Annamacharya University (Formerly AITS, Rajampet), candidates must fulfil the minimum eliigiblity criteria in the first place. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to MBA is to have a UG degree with minimum 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category).
