After completing Msc, if you are interested in further studies then You can do Ph.D. you just need to qualify NET.
For lecturership in colleges again you need to qualify NET / SLET.
You can join schools after doing B.ed.
For teaching in govt. schools you need to qualify TET. You can appear in Govt. exams such as IAS, IPS, SSC, PO, PSU etc.
