AP POLYCET 2024 seat allotment result will be announced online. Candidates will be able to check their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET allotment status by logging in using the required credentials. The authorities will release separate Andhra Pradesh POLYCET seat allotment results for every round. All candidates will have to check their allotment status and confirm their admissions before the final date. If the candidates are not able to confirm their admissions before the final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.

AP POLYCET 2025 counselling process has commenced on July 17, 2025, for the final phase. All qualified candidates had to register for the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET counselling process before the final date, i.e, July 19, 2025. The authorities did not accept counselling registration requests after the final date. Candidates had to complete the counselling registration and choice filling process within the allotted timeline, otherwise, they will not be eligible for allotment.

Yes. If the candidates are not satisfied with their allotted seat, then they will be able to cancel or surrender their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET seat allotment. The details regarding the surrender or cancellation of Andhra Pradesh POLYCET seat allotment will be announced online at appolycet.nic.in. It is to be noted that after surrendering the allotted seat, the authorities will not accept any requests for cancellation. Candidates are advised to carefully check their seat allotment status before surrendering or cancelling their admission. The counselling fee is non-refundable.

To confirm their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET seat allotment 2025, the candidates have to log in and self-report. After completing the self-reporting, the candidates have to report physically to their allotted colleges. While reporting physically, the candidates have to pay the required tuition fee and verify their documents. For the final phase, Andhra Pradesh POLYCET 2025 seat allotment result has been announced online. AP POLYCET 2025 seat allotment results has been published on the official website. Candidates can check their individual Andhra Pradesh POLYCET seat allotment 2025 result by logging in using the required credentials. Allotment of seats has been done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. All of the allotted candidates have to confirm their admission before the final date. For the final round of Andhra Pradesh POLYCET counselling, the choice filling facility has closed. The final date to fill out choices for the final phase of Andhra Pradesh POLYCET counselling 2025 was July 20, 2025. Through the online facility, the candidates were able to select their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. No other mode were used for the choice filling process.

While reporting for the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET 2025 counselling certificate verification process, the candidates had to present orignal and xerox copies of important documents at the help line centres. The list of documents that had to be presented is listed below.
- AP POLYCET 2025 rank card
- AP POLYCET 2025 hall ticket
- SSC or equivalent marks memo
- Aadhaar card
- Study/Bonafide certificate from 5th to 10th standard
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate
- EWS Certificate, Local Status Certificate (if applicable)

To participate in the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET 2025 counselling process, the candidates will have to log in using their credentials and pay the processing fee. The fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities. For the OC/BC category candidates, the processing fee is INR 700, and for the SC/ST candidates, the fee is INR 250. Failure to pay the processing fee before the final date will make the candidates ineligible for the counselling process.
