The exam body, Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam will declare the APEdCET results 2025 after the final answer key is released. Candidates who qualify in the APEdCET results will have to register for the counselling process post which they will be alloted the colleges as per the choice filling. Aspirants can then pursue their BEd course from the colleges they have been alloted.

Yes, there is qualifying marks in the APEdCET. However, it is for all candidates (except SC/ST) candidates. As per the qualifying marks, 37 out of the total marks (i.e. 25%) alloted to the question paper need to be scored by the exam body. There will be no minimum qualifying marks for women in Physical Sciences / Mathematics methodologies as well.

The APEdCET answer key 2025 will be released on the official website of the exam body - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EDCET. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to download the response sheet PDF - 

Step 1: On the homepage click on “APEdCET Preliminary Response Sheet/Answer Key”.

Step 2: For downloading the APEdCET 2025 answer key,  Click on link available.

Step 3: Download and save the APEdCET answer key PDF calculate the scores.

No, as per the official notification, there are no sectional time limits in the Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (APEdCET). Candidates have a freehand to manage their time as they see fit across the three sections within a total duration of two hours.

The Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (APEdCET) is typically conducted as a paper-based (offline) exam. Candidates are required to mark their answers on an OMR sheet. In the upcoming session of 2025, the APEdCET exam is expected to be conducted in June 2025 in offline mode like previous year. However, in 2021 the exam was conducted in computer based online mode instead of pen and paper mode. We must wait for the detailed notification to ascertain any situation onto which mode the exam will be conducted.

The exam pattern for APEdCET 2025 is prescribed by the exam conducting autority Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, ahead of the exam. The exam pattern is mentioned in the official notification of the exam conducting authority. In the last 2-3 sessions, there haven't been any major changes in the APEdCET exam pattern. However, in 2021, the APEdCET examination was conducted in online mode i.e. instead of a traditional pen-paper style, the exam was a computer-based one.

For this academic session, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, the exam conducting body released the official notification for the state-level teaching aptitude APEdCET at the official website of the exam. The official notification consisted of complete details related to exam, application, admit card, answer key and more. Candidates can get all the details related to APEdCEt 2025 exam dates and related events on this page as well as on APEdCET official website.

Candidates can check the below space to know about documents needed for APEdCEt counselling: 

APEdCET mark sheet, APEdCET call/counselling letter, Academic certificates, Character certificate, Domicile certificate, Passport-size photos, ID Proof, Caste, income and domicile certificate (if applicable).

exam centers are Tirupathi, Kakinada, Nellore, Chittoor, Rajamahendravaram, Vijayawada, Guntur, Bhimawaram, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram etc.

To register for the Andhra Pradesh EdCET exam, score at least 50% marks in your graduation. If you belong to the reserved category, then 40% is the criterion. Check the subject requirements before applying.
