Yes, an architect is an interior designer but it does not work the other way around as Architects are more focused on the technical requirements, interior designers on the human psychology and emotional aspects of spaces.

You have two options. First one being, you're doing a course (MSW/MA/M.Sc/Maharashtra) in TISS and in your first year itself you appear for TISSNET, clear the cut-off for HRM&LR, get selected post your interview and join. In this case, you'll be discontinuing your earlier course mid-way.
Second, why do you want to wait 2 years to complete another course and then do M.A. in HRM & LR?

Once internships are complete and students have graduated, they can move on to become a licensed architect. As licensed architects gain more and more experience, they can move up to senior architect/designer, and then on to project manager, department head, and so on.

You can do 12th grade with mathematics from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) board. As you know, mathematics is mandatory to apply for a B.Arch or other architectural degree course. Therefore, if you want to be an architect, you can take the help of the NIOS board. As per NIOS rules, you can apply for up to four subjects if you have already completed your senior secondary with other boards. It may increase your study burden a bit, but since NIOS is an open board, you do not need to regularly attend class. The NIOS exam is conducted twice a year, so you can appear at your own convenience.
