Yes, you are definitely eligible for JoSAA counselling everyone is eligible for that if you he qualified or not but he can take JoSAA counselling, if you have 75% marks class 12th in for general category.

Well, that's not an issue.
To get admission here, mathematics is compulsory and you need to have 50% aggregate marks in class 12th.
