Andhra University conducts its own entrance exam. Therefore, for admission into this college you have to give its entrance exam. You need PCM as mandatory subjects for admission into B.Tech. For further queries, you may see this website:

Yes, if you qualify JEE Mains paper 2 along with paper 1 and JEE Advanced then you can get admission into B.Arch courses at IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur.

You can get admission Naval Architecture courses through JEE Main as well as NATA. You can even get admission through JEE Advanced Exam.
JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are one of the toughest exams conducted in India.
For architectural courses, you need to take the JEE Main Paper 2 or the JEE Advanced AAT Exam.

First of all congratulations on securing such a good score. It would be difficult to get into MSRIT, but surely I would suggest you to try, who knows if your luck prevails. I would like to suggest you to look into BGS School of Architecture and Planning, Bangalore too.
