You have to apply for each state for the admission in to B.Arch. They will give a state rank with your NATA score and 12th marks. You should be able to get into most of the good colleges in all the states except 34 colleges. You can get good colleges in Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Check for cut-off for top colleges in each state. You will have a preference in the home state. Please check.

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Arch is 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as main subjects of study from a recognised board. Admission to B.Arch is granted on the basis of valid score obtained in NATA/ JEE Main and depends on the criteria.

According to past year patterns, if you get 70% and above in JEE Mains paper-2 you may get a seat in any NIT. The home state and other state quota are also there. If you want to get admission in two IITs (IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee), you have to appear for JEE Advanced and Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT).

Yes, you have a fairly good chance with the above mentioned score to get a seat in NITs. If you could mention which NITs exactly it would be helpful. Visit this link to check B.Arch colleges based upon your rank:
