After the exam is over, there is a counselling process and one will get the college as per his/her rank.

Mathematics - 20%
Aptitude - 40%
Drawing - 40%
So, it's better to concentrate on Aptitude and Mathematics if you are good at drawing.

So, the basic criteria plan is to get top 20 percentile criteria.
Candidate must secure at least 75% in class 12 exams (60% in case of SC/ ST category candidates) or the candidates score should be in the top 20 percentile of the respective board. And you get a rank as a whole. That rank should be equal or near to that of the cut-off. Ramaiah's cut-off is of 250 (minimum) for general category. So yes, all the best!

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NITs/SPA or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

First of all, congrats for you. You got a good score & can secure seat in Sir JJ College of Architecture.

No, you have to appear in the JEE Mains paper 2, then only you will be eligible for B.Arch.

It is difficult to get a decent college like NIT or SPA with the above percentile. Try for a better score in the April paper.

You have to apply for the college itself by visiting the original website of the desired college and filling the admission form.

Student should select the career according to the stream he like so that he may do better in that field in fact you will love to do that whereas if you will do according to the job profile, then you will get irritate and you will not do with that much potential.
