You should have 50% marks in class 12th and 50% in NATA score, minimum to get into architecture. And, that is of 80 score and above. But, to get through Ramaiah, you need around 90% above and rank of 150 minimum.

Firstly, heartiest congratulations on your performance in JEE Mains. Score of almost 95 percentile is indeed great. I am sure with this you are bound to get admission in NIT. Now, about being eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. The AIR will be declared by NTA only after they conduct second set of JEE Mains in the month of April. Along with this list of candidates eligible to appear for JEE Advanced will also be announced. Best wishes to you.

I can understand the concern and anxiety. However, NTA is going to conduct one more set of exams in April. After this, NTA will be declaring percentile as well as the rank of the students. Merely from the percentile it's simply not possible to calculate rank. For this you may perhaps need percentile of all students as well as their marks in Maths, Physics & Chemistry. Best wishes to you.
