Not possible as if you go for Compart exam and the result of Compart exam came so late that your counseling in following college is over so after the result of Compart you can't take admission here so you have to try in Private college.

Did you take JEE Mains paper 2 for B.Arch? If yes, you can apply for counselling to be held on June 15.
If not then try taking NATA next year.
Management quota is not the right solution (if your parents can pay a lot of money).
