Hi,
I am sorry to say but there is no option and college available that provide distance learning in B.Arch while you are pursuing any other graduation course. And, I think B.Arch course need a physical presence.

You have got really good marks in NATA.
I think you should apply for School of Planning and Architecture.
Your marks may help you to get B.Arch in that college.

I am sorry to say, but your marks are not enough to get admission in B.Arch in IPU.
Colleges consider 90+ marks in NATA for admission in B.Arch.
Also, there is no guarantee of getting admission by having 90+
I hope, you understand my point.

No, you cannot do architecture, if you are from commerce stream. From 2018 on-wards, only science (PCM or PCMB) students who have scored at least 50% marks in class 12th with mathematics, as compulsory subject will be considered eligible to appear in architecture entrance exams.
Before 2018, commerce with maths students who have secured at least 50% marks in class 12th are eligible to appear in architecture entrance exams like NATA, JEE Mains paper 2 etc.

Considering your JEE Mains paper 2 and NATA score there is no way to get admission in USAP. I know you have OBC quota but your rank is too high.
