NATA is compulsory for a candidate to pursue B.Arch course. Without NATA eligibility, one cannot take admission for B.Arch. And if your ward has written JEE 2nd Paper and is declared eligible by competent authority, he can take admission in REVA University.

You are qualified in terms of the percentage that you have scored in class 12th board. The eligibility criteria for students who want to study Bachelor of Architecture is very simple. Applicant must have completed Senior Secondary (10+2) with Mathematics and must have at least 55% marks. Applicant must be NATA qualified as well, and Applicant must have Proficiency in English communication. There will be an entrance exam conducted for all the eligible candidates also known as Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT). SUAT is compulsory for all the National Students. Sri Dhar, with these good marks you can get admission in any good university. LPU is one of the universities that you can consider for admission. It has earned a good reputation for itself in the field of education. Taking admission there will give you a cutting edge over other students as I have heard that they work hard on their students when it comes to placements. Not only are the students equipped with theoretical and practical subject knowledge but also they are trained to face placement exams with ease.
Another plus point is the university has made it possible for all to have access to quality education through their scholarship

Hello Abhirag,
The cut-offs vary year after year. Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
All the best.
