Yes, you can. It depends on the scores submitted to JJ college, if there are higher marks submitted by students, you may not get a seat. I would say 80% in HSC and 140 marks in NATA will be on a safer side.

Keep Practicing sketching and also read a few guides (question banks) available in the market which would give an aptitude knowledge required for NATA.

There are a lot of question banks available for NATA exam preparation, any of those books can help you but questions vary every year and will not be the same. The question banks or any other books will only guide on what lines the questions in NATA can look like.

Any person having passed SSC (standard X) or equivalent examination and above can appear for NATA. However, only candidates who have qualified an aptitude test in Architecture and have secured 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with mathematics as one of the subjects, shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course. No direct/lateral admission is allowed at any year/stage of B.Arch course based on any qualification. NATA score shall be valid for a period of two years from the year in which one appeared.

A minimum of 80/200 in NATA exam is required for anyone to enter architecture. For a relatively better college, I would suggest you to get a good score 110 - 140 with a good score in class 12th.
