Aeronautics is the better option if we see the present amount of stress that is laid on defense, travel. Etc. Also it has the advantage of providing higher perks n less competition.

First thing what matters is interest. If you are a tech savvy person who loves to explore how computer languages can revolutionize the world, go for CS and if you have great spatial ability, aesthetic sense and keen observation, B.Arch is the call for u.
Secondly, CS already is flooded with many engineers and until u r great at it, the average salary won't be much. With B. Arch you will be placed directly after 5 years course.
Make a call as per Your interests and abilities.
