Kanchi, let me tell you about the field of design. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Utkarshi, Take any creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. Psychology and Literature are two useful subjects. Try to participate in Writing, Drawing/ Painting, Sports, Dramatics, Music, Singing etc. whatever is possible for you. You may also like to read this about the k

Hey,
To be concise and clear;
Architecture: 70% technical, 30% creative (as you learn creativity will increase)
Interior: 30% technical, 70% creative (as you learn familiarity with technicalities will increase)
Fashion Designing: 100% Creativity (you have to have inherent creative ability)
It is always advisable to talk to as many people as possible in all these fields before choosing a career in any of these.
