You are not eligible for NATA with your 12th subjects (Maths, Physics, Geography, English, Urdu) because Chemistry is mandatory along with Maths and Physics. NATA requires candidates to have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in Class 12 or hold a 10+3 Diploma with Maths as a subject.

Candidates are selected for MArch course at B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology on the basis of merit of graduation. They must pass BArch with a minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised institute/university. This is also the eligibility criteria for MArch course at the institute.

With 94% in 12th and 91 in NATA, you have a great shot at top government B.Arch colleges in Kerala like GEC Thrissur, TKM College Kollam, and RIT Kottayam. These colleges usually close around 90–150 rank in KEAM architecture allotment. Your scores are strong enough for top choices. Just make sure to check the CEE Kerala portal for updates and counseling dates. You're in a solid position to get into one of the best!

The latest cutoff for B.Arch. at the Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics, Jamia Millia Islamia, is around 137 in NATA and 90 percentile in JEE Main Paper-2 for the general category. Reserved categories have slightly lower cutoffs. Admission is based on NATA or JEE Main scores along with 10+2 marks with PCM and English.

Admission to TSAP-Thakur School of Architecture and Planning B.Arch programme is on the basis of merit and entrance. Candidates must have passed Class 12 or any equivalent Subject with at least 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognised Board. The candidate must have passed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE (Main) Paper 2. The eligibility criterion includes getting a valid score in NATA/JEE Paper 2. After meeting the cutoff rank/score, candidates will receive the final admission for the course to the Institute.

Here is the current fee structure from Unitedworld Institute of Design (UID) for their Furniture and Industrial Design (B.Des. Interior & Furniture Design):
- Total tuition fees: 25,10,176 for 4 years
- Hostel: 7,20,000 for 4 years
- One-time fee: 2,000 (at admission)
So, for 4 years (tuition + hostel + one-time fee), it comes to about 32.3 Lacs (Ahmedabad campus).
