After completing your 12th, you can do BBA or BBM with special subject finance where you can study both business studies and finance too and if you want to do masters, then after completing your course, you can do MBA in finance also.

For admission in NIT, candidate must appear for JEE Mains. Unless you appear for the entrance exam you won't get admission in National Institute of Technology. The eligibility criteria for entrance exam is 12th with PCM as the subjects.
Apart from IIT and NIT, most colleges in India offer lateral entry for diploma students. These colleges do reserve some seats for lateral entry students.Diploma holders are not allowed for JEE Main admissions but they are allowed for JEE Advanced. So they can write the JEE Main exam just to qualify for JEE Advanced.

Yes, you can join. School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers M.Plan with specialisation in Environment planning, Housing, Regional planning, Transport planning and Urban planning. The eligibility criteria for M.Plan is regular BE/B.Tech in B.Arch. / B. Plan. Or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 55% aggregate. The admission are based on performance in GATE/Entrance test and interview. Further CEPT University also offers M.Plan in following as Urban, Infrastructure, Transport system and Housing. The National Aptitude Test in Architecture NATA measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, I. e. Architecture.
