Yes, you can join. School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers M.Plan with specialisation in Environment planning, Housing, Regional planning, Transport planning and Urban planning. The eligibility criteria for M.Plan is regular BE/B.Tech in B.Arch. / B. Plan. Or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 55% aggregate. The admission are based on performance in GATE/Entrance test and interview. Further CEPT University also offers M.Plan in following as Urban, Infrastructure, Transport system and Housing. The eligibility criteria is Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Technology with min. 55% aggregate marks. The short listing of candidates is done on the basis of Academic performance, Work experience, Group discussion and personal interview.

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture NATA measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, I. e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to specific field of study, I. e. Architecture. NATA 2018 is a qualifying examination for admission into the B.Arch degree programme. Reservation is aprerogative of the admission/ counselling authority and does not fall under the purview of this examination. So, reservation will be given by the concerned institution at the time of admission if applicable there.
