I can appreciate your enthusiasm and sincerity in looking for architectural field after your BE in civil engineering, but I am afraid admissions to M Arch are only on the basis of Bachelor of architecture and even while doing Bachelor of architecture one needs to pass in exam called NAT

No, B.Arch is mandatory for M.Arch according to council of Architecture. But, yes you can always pursue Masters in Construction Technology or Construction Project Management with Bachelors in Civil Engineering.

NATA/ JEE paper 2 is made mandatory to take up Architecture course throughout India. You may pursue B. Design, which also has similar scope and only 3/4 year course, if you don't manage to get through JEE Paper 2 and NATA.

Reading material for JEE paper 2 is available in some preparatory exam books available in the market and also online. But, I would suggest you to collect previous year question papers and go through it, since the pattern would remain the same.

IIT JEE conducts B.Arch as Paper 2 and the questions generally belong to General Mathematics, Aptitude Test and a drawing test. The exam is held in offline in Pen & Paper mode. The salary ranges anywhere starting inr. 3.5 Lacs.
