Ayojan School of Architecture takes admission on the basis of your NATA and JEE Main paper 2 score. If you have cleared the JEE Main paper 2 and NATA cut-off then you will get admission in this college.

You didn't satisfy the minimum board’s criteria to get admission to NITs. Unfortunately, you can't get admission.

Since 2016-17 is the first batch for the B.Arch students for PESU, the first batch will be placed in 2020. So, as of now, there are no placement stats for B.Arch. In my opinion, PESU is one of the best universities of Bangalore and will offer good placements

Everything depends upon the counseling results. You have to wait for all the rounds. My suggestion would be don't just get fixed on a particular location. You can go for another location.
