Are you talking about B.Arch examination or IIT?
Your board percentage is low as JEE has the policy of 75%.

You have to clear the AUEET conducted by the Andhra University then you will be deemed eligible to apply for the admission.

You need to qualify JEE Advanced and after that, you need to appear for AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test, for IITs). If you qualify that, you can proceed for B.Arch in IITs.
