You can study construction management, project management, urban planning and design, interior architecture, landscape design depending in your personal interest, US has a huge scope for architects but nowadays its difficult for Indians and other foreigners after Trump administration. You can go through some job portals and see vacancies, try to get in touch with some university student and alumni association, its easy through facebook and LinkedIn now. Be proactive.

As you want to take admission in NIT, let me tell you for a good NIT, you must score above 99 percentile so that you can stand safely for getting a good NIT with core branches. However, at minimum, you should score 90 percentile to keep you hope alive with core branches in good NIT.

As your class 12th subjects are PCM, you can apply for following courses:-
1) B.Sc in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Statistics etc.
2) B.Sc in Aeronautics
3) BE in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science etc.
