Hi, Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has been set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate joint seat allocation for admissions to 100 institutes including 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 23 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). Not at all. For getting NIT-Rourkela, you have to secure a rank with AIR 1500, which needs above 240 marks in JEE Mains paper 2.
