Not at all. For getting NIT-Rourkela, you have to secure a rank with AIR 1500, which needs above 240 marks in JEE Mains paper 2.

You must clear both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced followed by AAT.

If you are from Delhi or have done your high school from Delhi, then it will be easy for you to get a seat there.
You may get a seat if you are from outside Delhi too but there are only 6-7 seats in here. But you may try for the counselling.

You can surely try for their counselling.

This is quite a low rank as all the government colleges close under 1500 rank OBC-NCL.

Both civil and architecture are different things but the common thing in civil and architecture is the part of creativity which you need in both the fields. In architecture, you need more creativity then civil. But for today concern or if you were thinking about government jobs, I think civil branch

Best career option is to go for that course where your interest lies. Both B.Tech and B.Arch are great career options and have great career opportunities. So, if you are fond of Technology and want to gain Technical knowledge about the different branches of engineering, then you should go for B.Tech
