For admission in Jadavpur University, architecture department WBJEE GMR(General Merit Rank ) is necessary along with qualification in NATA. That means only NATA score is not enough for admission in B.Arch, you must appear or have had appeared in WBJEE and secured a good rank. FYI last year i.e. for 2015, opening and closing ranks for general category were 861 and 4767 respectively.

Admission is through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA counselling based on the score obtained in NATA. Minimum eligibility to apply is that candidate should have cleared class 12th exams with Mandatory Subject : Mathematics. Other eligibility criteria:
Candidates having 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Government with 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics or international baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing after 10 years of Schooling with 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination are eligible to apply. I guess, AAT is only for pursuing architecture from the IIT's
For NITs, only your JEE marks are enough.
Is this the Architecture Aptitude Test you are talking about?

You can either get directly admission in some private colleges or you can go for entrance exam for the top colleges. Do appear in entrance exam CAT to get admission into IIMs.
