No, admission to MDS programme at Army college of Dental Sciences is entrance based with the university accepting NEET MDS scores. The minimum eligibility for the course is having a MDS degree from a recognised university.

Yes, there are many scholarship programmes for UG courses at the Army College of Dental Sciences. Some of these scholarships are:
1) Education Scholarship Scheme for Army Personnel (ESSA): It is given to children of serving army personnel only. No one else can apply for this.
2)Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) scholarship: It is given to wards of serving and retired army personnel.

The college has TATA scholarship if your score above 70% the amount you get if you score above 70% is eighty seven thousand and if your score above 75% it is around 1 lakh.If your father is retired army personnel you can also apply for pmss scholarship.currently no stipend is being paid to interns we have mentioned this to the Indian army command and we hoping for some action
