The applicant for admission to MDS at Army college of Dental Sciences must have a BDS degree from a central or state recognised university, to be eligible for the same. The candidate must also have permanent registration with any State Dental Council. In addition period of one year experience/internship must have been completed. The internship completion certificate must be submitted at the time of application for admission.

No, the eligibility criteria does not differ depending on the student category at Army college of Dental Sciences. The college admits students into all programmes on a merit basis and accepts NEET UG and NEET MDS scores.

Total seat intake for MDS at  Army College of Dental Sciences is 15. The low seat intake makes the selection process highly competitive and selective. A total of 6 specialisations are offered by the college but selection criteria for all specialisations under MDS remains the same.
