GMRAA offers a wide range of courses in the field of aviation.The main criteria for the intake of students are as follows:
- Below the age of 25 years and 5 months.
- Minimum percentage in class 12 is about 45%.
- For reserved candidates it is 40%.
Majority of the students is accepted and will be intake as the course members, as the duration is small, so that all the applicants can find a place.

GMRAA intakes the freshly completed 10+2 students. The age limit of the students should be below 25 years and 5 months. There is not cutoff specified uniquely but majority of the applicants can find a place in the course. The course durations are also small and so that the remained students are can be allocated in the next term course.
The minimum marks required in class 12 are about 45% and for reserved candidates it is about 40%.The board marks is the main criteria it seems for the GMRAA.

In 2022 placement drive GMRAA Hyderabad received a huge of 95 percent.The highest package offered in the placements is about 5 Lacs per annum.The minimum offered is 2.4 Lacs per annum and the average package of the year is about 3.7 Lacs per annum.The top recruiters in the year are AISAT, CELEBI, DIAL, GHIL, Goa Airport, Nagpur Airport, Durgapur Airport, Sindhudurg Airport and IndiGo.A total of 4988 students were placed outoff the 5250 students.
