You mcan get admission in B.Com with a 60% in as you meet the following eligibility criteria: 
Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate level programs such as BMS, B.Com (BAF), B.Com (BBI), and B.Com (BFM) must have passed the 12th standard examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and obtained no less than 45% marks in aggregate on the first attempt (40% in the case of reserve category).

Any applicant enrolled in a degree course at an associated college must register with the University of Mumbai. Until then, admission will be deemed provisional.

Yes, you may receive a B.Com at Institute of Management and Computer Studies with a 75 percentile in Maharashtra HSC if you meet the following eligibility criteria: 
Candidates seeking admission to under graduate level programs such as BMS, B.Com (BAF), B.Com (BBI), and B.Com (BFM) must have passed the 12th standard examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and obtained not less than 45% aggregate marks in the first attempt (40% in the case of reserve category).
