You have scored pretty well in CEE. As far as I know you need a decent percentage in PCM, I guess around 54-60% if you are from general category. If you do have that you have a chance I suppose. You may check the information brochure given in the official website for the director of technical education of Assam or wait around for the counselling. But I would suggest you to keep options in other colleges.

It will most likely change as the number of students giving the exam increases. Moreover, it depends upon how many students take up seats in medical and JEE and other colleges. Wait around for counselling to know further.

You might get in AEC by a long stretch but if you have a branch you like I hope you go for that instead of deciding on the college itself. JEC is good too and yes, wait around for the counselling to know the branches you may get.

You may get in AEC by a long stretch but go for the branch you like. You might have a greater shot in JEC.

Yes, you can. The previous year general cutoff for AEC was 130-135. So just wait for the counselling.

The previous year's cutoff for general in Assam CEE was around 130. So I wish you luck and hope you give it a second try or join somewhere else.

Yes, you can expect a seat in this college. But I sincerely suggest you to join in your career designing branch. Ask your heart and answer your interests to avail a chance to know about the branch you're interested in.
Hope this helps you. Keep asking.
