Assam HSLC

The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) releases the SEBA 10th admit cards in offline mode. The Assam HSLC Admit Card is generally distributed through the student's respective school. However, for praviate students, SEBA may also provide an option to download the admit card online through its official website. Private students need to enter their roll number, registration number, or other required details to access the admit card if online download is available. 

Assam HSLC Admit Card 2026 was released on January 23, 2026 by SEBA. The admit cards have been made available to the respective schools. Candidates get the same from the schools.

Marks in Assam HSLC exams are typically distributed based on the nature of the subject. For most theory-based subjects, 100 marks are allotted per subject. However, subjects like Science and IT have a theory-practical split, where the theory portion carries 70 marks, and practicals account for 30 marks. Students need to score a minimum of 30% in each subject to pass the examination, including passing in both theory and practicals separately where applicable.

The exam comprises 6 subjects namely AII Mil, English, English (IL), Mathematics, Science, and Social Science. The total mark of the Assam HSLC Board exam is 600. 100 marks is distributed in each subject in the SEBA 10th board exams. Only Science paper has practical exams. Out of 100, 90 marks are distributed for theory exams. On the other hand, 10 marks are for Internal/practical exams.

The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) prescribed the exam pattern for the class 10 exams. The students must note that the SEBA exam pattern is prescribed in the form of Assam HSLC model paper. Students can download the Assam HSLC sample paper online on board's website. Students need to check the exam pattern to be aware of how the final board exams will be conducted.

As of now, the Assam board has not made any changes in the SEBA HSLC exam pattern. The board will soon prescribe the exam pattern in the form of a model question paper. Last year, the Assam board made some changes in the Assam HSLC exam pattern 2026. An OMR sheet will be given to answer the objective-type questions (50% of total marks) carrying 1 mark each for the core subjects. The chances of making any change in the Assam Board 10th exam pattern this year is very les. However, in case any change made in the exam pattern for the upcoming board exam, we will update the same.

 The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) released the Assam SEBA HSLC syllabus for the students. The syllabus for the Assam Board 10th exam is available on the official website as PDF files. SEBA HSLC result 2026 was out on April 10, 2026. You can check your Assam HSLC result either on the official website or using the SMS facility. However, to check the result, roll is required. In case you are unable to keep your Assam HSLC roll number, you can visit your school and check with the officials to know your roll number. Math is considered the most difficult subject for students. Clearing the Math paper in class 12 exams with good marks requires a genuine effort. Hence, the students must prepare for all the topics included in the Assam 10th math syllabus. However, these are the topics that are considered important for the exam:

• Pair of Linear Equations in 2 variables
• Triangles
• Coordinate Geometry
• Introduction to Trigonometry

The above-mentioned topics of Maths Assam HSLC syllabus carry a weightage of 8 marks each.

The Assam State School Education Board (Division-I) announced the final SEBA result 2026 Board on April 10, 2026 at 10:30 am. The board released the SEBA HSLC result 2026 online on its website. Students need to visit the official website at resultsassam.nic.in and sebaonline.org to check the result. The students can check their result using their roll number.
