ATMA exam eligibility criteria does not include work experience. Both working and non working candidates can apply for ATMA exam. But, students should fulfil other ATMA eligibility requirements to appear for ATMA exam.

ATMA exam 2026 will be conducted on multiple dates and sessions. AIMS announced the February 2026 session date online. ATMA 2026 exam for the February session will be conducted on February 22, 2026. The exam will be conducted in the computer based test mode across various exam centres.

ATMA exam is a nation level MBA entrance exam conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools. Courses such as MS and PGDM are also offered through ATMA exam. The exam is conducted in the CBT test format multiple times a year. The exam checks numerical, verbal and logical abilities of students taking the exam. Duration of the exam is three hours and has MCQ type questions. The exam is accepted by over 700 B-Schools across India, and the scores obtained in the ATMA exam are considered for admission to various management courses offered by these institutes.

ATMA 2026 exam schedule was announced by AIMS. The ATMA registration date 2026 for the February session is December 1, 2025, to February 10, 2026. The application fee window will close on February 9, 2026.

Yes ATMA is accepted in PUMBA COEP Syndeham for normal MBA courses, especially in PUMBA.

A candidate who has either passed with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate (45% in case of reserved category candidates from Maharashtra State only) or appeared at the final year examination in any Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences (general or special with Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Genetics, Life Sciences, Marine Biology, Microbiology, Physics, Zoology etc.), Agriculture, Ayurveda, Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Technology Engineering from a university

ATMA Exam – What to Carry

To enter the ATMA exam centre, you must carry a colour printout of your admit card. It's compulsory. Stick a recent colour passport-size photo on it – the same photo you used in the application form.

Without the admit card, you won't be allowed to enter the exam hall.

Also, carry these things with you:

  • Original photo ID proof – like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License.
    (Ration Card and Learner's License are not accepted.)
  • One black & white photocopy of your ID proof.
  • Two black & white copies of your admit card – each with a recent passport-size photo stuck on it.

New Delhi Institute of Management does consider the scores of CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT or ATMA. The selection measures for the New Delhi Institute of Management are not only the entrance scores but also different elements, like GD, PI, academic achievement and so on.

Set your plan right. Work on your plan and identify your weakness and strength. Get the right study material. Try to plan and identify the above-stated things within a week. Set your plan agile and keep buffer time for revision and solving mock test papers.
Start with your verbal and quantitative practice in parallel. 3 months can make or change the game; time management is very important at every single point of time till the final day and even on the day.
Keep positive! Solve questions in a specified time frame. This will help you in doing questions on time. Maintain a good balance between your accuracy and solving time.

No, the registrations for ATMA 2025 were recently closed on the 24th August 2025. Candidates who managed to register for the ATMA 2025 entrance exam need to plan a preparation strategy to cover the ATMA 2025 exam syllabus before 30th August 2025 to clear the exam. Candidates who manage toscore an aprropriate result will be able to gain admissions in the PBS PGDM courses.
