I got 97.16 percentile in ATMA May 2016. What are the my chances to get PUMBA for an OMS student?

Last year cutoff for Maharashtra student was around 97 percentile and for all India seat was around 99.7 percentile.

Yes you will definitely get shortlisted for PGDM as well as MMS through CAP. However PGDM admissions happen before the CAP rounds .
Last year PGDM admissions closed at around 78 percentile and MMS closed at 93 percentile.

Since you are planning to MBA and you have a job in your hand.So you better do the job for one or two years and based on job experience you can find better colleges in MBA in marketing as well as HR and also finance are the major specializations in MBA you can get into. Hello, last year cut off was 99.75 for all India seats, so this time the cut off will be similar.

Hello, the cut off is 80 percentile, so you definitely will clear the cut off.
