Hello, its competitive and an additional degree like a masters or PG Diploma would be required and depends on what type of job you are looking for . Again, getting a job will depend on your skills and academic qualifications.

Its between $50k to $65k a year, also depends on your work experience, job profile and qualifications. For freshers its as low as $30K.

MBA in Australia is a good choice unless you are ok with their fee structure. You can also try US universities as well. They are far better compared to Australia

Shortlist the universities in which you are interested in and check the minimum requirements. Most of the universities require an overall minimum of 6.5 with no band less than 6. Still you can manage to get conditional admit with 5.5 score in few universities. But, it might create some problem during VISA.
I would suggest you to retake IELTS and apply later to the universities
