Yes, UPES is considered good college in terms of placement. Every year, many top companies visit UPES College but its fee structure is too high.

If you clear with at least grade A or more than 75% aggregate, then you are eligible. Otherwise, it is not possible.

Both the fields are equally important and both will give you same no of opportunities almost. I would suggest you to go for Automobile as it is an established field with a kind of job security. M.Tech in industrial automation has more scope as compared to nano technology as this field of study in demanded in almost all the industries like Automobiles, Plant manufacturing different products, manufacturing units etc. All manufacturing units need automation engineers and salary package is also high.
