You can apply for Masters in Automotive Mechatronics. There may be some colleges in India, which provides M.Tech programme for the same. But, there are institutes in Germany which provides M.Tech programme for the same. You can find suitable colleges on Shiksha.com.

The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) allow aspirants to seek admission in Bachelor of Degree programme (B.Des) which is conducted by IIT-Bombay. You can find a detailed information about the test and preparation tips here:

Hi Apoorv!
yes the CADD centre provides training in at least 4 or more software in its course duration. Diploma in Automotive design is a part time course of 6 months and it will include all the software mentioned in the brochure
