BA course is not offered in JUIT.

It is different for different colleges and universities.
In DU, fees for English Hons can range from 10k per annum to 15k per annum.
In Mumbai, colleges like St. Xavier's cost 6k per annum.
Looking down to private and semi private college like amity then the fees can be as high as 50k per semester.

Student who already have taken admission in January 2018 are allowed to that scheme for no fee for the SC/ST Candidate but who take admission in July 2018 they will have fee reimbursement also varsity has been extending 50 percent fee waiver to students of rural areas who come under Below Poverty Line (BPL) category for the following agricultural programmes: -
Diploma in Watershed Management
Diploma in Value Added Projects of Fruits and Vegetables
Diploma in Dairy Technology
The applications to these programmes will be provided free of cost for the candidates who come under BPL category. Hope this helps.

Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communications (B.J.M.C) is a 3-year duration undergraduate program for students who wish to pursue their career in Journalism and media industry. The eligibility of this course is 10+2 or equivalent with 50% marks from a recognized university or board. Average fees for this course will be incurred from INR 50,000 to 1, 00,000 depending on various BJMC Colleges.

Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Sociology)
Rs. 4,240.

It depends on the college in which you wish to apply. The fees of government colleges will vary from Rs. 11,659 to Rs. 1,10,000 for the entire course. However, fees for mass communication courses offered by private universities will vary from Rs. 2.5 to Rs. 3.5 Lacs for the entire course.
