No, admissions in the course are strictly entrance based. All students have to appear for CLAT to be eligible for admissions. The university may accept JNU CET scores as well. Moreover, a Personal Interview is also a part of selection process.

Candidates are shortlisted for the BA LLB programme based on their performance in the last qualifying exam. The university may accept LSAT/ CLAT scores for admission.

Yes, shifting BCom LLB to BA LLB is permitted at GNDU only before the last date of admissions, but candidates must meet the merit cutoff for the target course and its seats should also be available. GNDU charges a shifting fee of INR 5,000 to adjust students deposited fees and funds to the new programme. Shifting is strictly not allowed once the counselling process closed.

No, CLAT is not compulsory to get admission in BA LLB at Jain Deemed to be University, Bangalore. Admission is offered on merit basis or performance in JET exam. Applicants also need to appear for personal interview rounds to get shortlisted.
